Green Screen - AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT

I'm running the current drivers(Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.2.2) and continue to receive green screens with no messages, reboot is required. Following application logs show the following below, is this a known issue? I haven't seen anything relating to this thus far....will happen continually when gaming.

Same issue I guess?

Replugging HDMI cable can be a workaround, albeit not a practical one.
