I bought a computer 2 years ago and have had nothing but problems with the graphics being blurry/sluggish. I've been using Rocket League as the testing game, and comparing it to my other pc with close but lesser specs. RL runs really good on low/performance settings with the older pc. Here is a comparison of the hardware.
Original/New
1Tb HDD/1TB SDD
24GB DDR4 RAM/24GB DDR4 RAM
Dual 2.7 core processor/Quad 3.2 core processor
Geforce GT 730/AMD Radeon R7 240
200W PSU/600W PSU
I swapped the GPU to the new device and it worked great, even at mid quality graphics. Since the Radeon is supposed to be the better of the two GPU's I'm looking for help on how to fix this, since it's been an issue right out of the box.
