- **CPU:** Ryzen 5 3600
- **RAM:** x2 8 GB 2666 MHz
- **PSU* Yeyian Pegasus 850W 80 Plus Gold
- **Motherboard:** MSI B550m Wifi
- **GPU:** AMD RX 7800 XT
The issue manifests as consistently suboptimal performance, with lower-than-expected frame rates and unusual behavior in all games. Notably, the GPU's power consumption during gaming has never exceeded 140W, and the CPU utilization remains under 80%.
In GTA V, running all settings on ultra at 1600 x 900, the FPS ranges between 55 and 80. Additionally, in other titles such as Hell Let Loose, the RX 7800 XT shows only a marginal 5% improvement over my previous RTX 2060.
Despite my efforts in troubleshooting, including driver updates, power supply checks, and meticulous in-game setting adjustments, the issue persists.
