Hi, I have a desktop with a Ryzen 5 5600x proc and a RTX3070 CGU. When i use for example Topaz AI Video i see the CPU going to 100% but quite nothing happen on the RTX3070, about 20% load only. I have checked the settings of Topaz and the CGU is activated. Is that normal and should i upgrade my CPU or is there something else to check in order to lower the cpu usage and increase the RTx usage ?
