I'm thinking of buying a 21: 9 display. I am using the AMD RADEON R5 430. Does it support 2560x1080?

From TechPowerUP website concerning the Spec on the R5 450: AMD Radeon R5 430 OEM Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database 

According the the link above this is a rebrand of the R7 240 OEM/ R7 340 and HD 8570. They all show the same resolutions from above.
