I uninstalled the game and uninstalled the drivers and its still the same , i open the game and it crashes. When i uninstall the latest driver and i go back on 24.8.1 only black screen. if someone know how to fix please help !

list your full PC specs including power supply make/model .. whether or not you are using cable extenders INSIDE your case .. etc .. whether or not you are running separate power connectors from the PSU to each power input into your GPU .. list everything 

type of cooling .. case .. airflow .. whether or not your motherboard's BIOS is up to date .. if your chipset drives are up to date ..
