black screen radeon 7900

Black screen problem, system restore failed, repair loop, bootmgr and bootres.dll errors...unable to reload windows, gave up. New hard drive, new windows 10 installed, sapphire radeon 7970 ...  BLACK SCREEN! No response, forced shut down. Please advise!

AMD are aware of the problem on installing new drivers with the hd7970.

Stay with/reinstall the last working driver you had for the time being, they are working on a fix..
