We have an AMD FirePro W2100 in an HP 290 PC running Windows 10.
When on the max resolution (1080p?) mouse movement is jerky and stutters.
The PC is i5 with 8GB RAM and SSD drive.
We have installed the latest drivers and the machine reports that they are:

Driver version: 25.20.15030.4
Has anyone else seen this issue?
Can anyone help resolve it?
