5700xt why is it heating so much

I need Help on my gpu 5700xt its heating so much around 90-100 juction & 80-90 temps, even if i try undervolting it but when i do the game crashes everytime i play it on high, ultra graphics, please help!

What exact make/model, and have you tried lowering some of the ingame graphics settings.

Plenty of 'name of game' graphics performance tweak guides on the web.
