I've seen other posts with similar concerns.
I had a very longwinded issue with my computer for a long while, constant crashing, I switched to a new PSU, RMA'd my new Vega 64, the new one had the same problem, ditched Vega 64 and went for a Radeon VII, issue still happened.
A year ago or so I realized it happened often when my Oculus rift was plugged into an HDMI port, I unplugged it and the problem didn't happen.
I put a third monitor in and I got a similar problem.
For about a year I just ditched my third monitor, gave it to family.
Today, I got a third monitor again.
Immediately the problem came back, crashed twice today.
Safe since I unplugged it.
At some point I was using a Displayport -> HDMI cable (active I believe), but with it happening with my oculus rift in what would have been that slot as well, it's likely it was happening regardless of the cable type.
