There used to be a recording option on the left side and there was a recording option in the settings, but now there is none.

What is the driver version you are using, and did this start after a Windows update?

What happened to me before, causing this same issue, was Windows over wrote my drivers and the only way I could stop it from happening was to follow this guide.

After following this guide, I used a program called DDU to uninstall all of AMDs GPU drivers, and reinstalled the drivers from the AMD support site. 

This problem still causes people headaches and this is really the only way I know how to stop it. Hopefully this works, as my RX 5600 XT in my HTPC has the "record and stream" option. 

Keep me updated if this does or does not work.
