Hey so for a while now I have had these random crashes, that I assume is my graphics card, where my whole computer just freezes. It only happens to me during gaming and for whatever reason audio keeps playing through my headset but I can't control anything, I can't even control+alt+delete, shift+tab, alt+f4, nothing works. I've tried various driver versions between 22.8.1 and 23.7.1 but it keeps happening repeatedly and because it's something completely random it's tough to pinpoint whether this is something with my drivers or with my hardware.

my parts are:

AMD Ryzen 9 5900X

AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT

32GB RAM

If anyone has any ideas what this could be I would greatly appreciate it I just want to know where I can start to fix this issue.

What make/model/Watts psu, are you using two separate pcie cables from psu to card (not 1 into 2 split)?

There are numerous threads about this, i had the same issue with my 6700XT and current 6900XT. Affecting loads of people

Similar issues is affecting me right now, I also installed the latest driver that came out 1st Oct. 2024, 24.9.1 and still the same issue I use the Minisforum UM690 Ryzen 9 6900hx, but still the same issues.
