Hi! After a clean installation of the driver 19.2.3, the driver PCI Encryption/Decryption controller was missing in the device manager. So far, I solved the problem by directly specifying the driver update path (I downloaded the OEM VGA driver and indicated the path to update). But, this is not the way out. Take note?
Acer Nitro 5, AN515-42 (NH.Q3RER.001), Ryzen 5 2500U Vega 8, Radeon RX 560X.
Thank you for your great work!
Hi zatserkovnyy,
While doing clean install it will remove AMD PSP driver and SMbus driver, and more over these drivers not included in AMD Adrenalin 19.2.3 driver.
After clean install do Windows update, automatically WU driver will install for PSP device
If you did normal express install it won't remove PSP driver and it will install only Display and audio driver.
I think this information might help you for future driver.
Unfortunately, the Windows Update (and auto update driver) did not find drivers.
This is the correct driver for your laptop. It is the only driver you install > https://community.amd.com/thread/207699
