Onscreen system info

It may have already been discussed I’m not sure but I was wondering if anyone knew the software that allows you to monitor like fps temps and stuff on screen? I’ve seen some folks have it on screen when testing and benchmarking and was wondering if that’s an external software or something already in the pc? Thank you
