No privileges to see older conversations

Hello. I have a reply to a conversation thread in my email inbox from a few years ago. When I try to go to the conversation, I get a notice saying I don't have privileges to view it. Is there any way around this? Thanks

Nope, was probably locked, closed, or removed in a forum cleanup.

Might be possible to view it only, by copy/paste full url in web search?
