For some reason when installing the drivers, the install button does not enable me and there it is, I don't know what to do or how to solve it, please help.

As the software indicates, the Radeon R7 450 is a legacy product and no longer supported by the auto-installer.
You can still manually search for and download the last driver version available for your product.
