Anytime I try to record using Radeon Relive, it t displays my webcam device on the bottom right corner of the screen when I do not want it to. I try to check in the settings for a way to disable it but I do not have the option to select "None" under the video capture device setting. Is there any other way to disable this option without having to uninstall my webcam software?

I don't know of a way in re-live to disable it. For me I turn my camera around on my desktop and on my laptop I have stick on thing that slides over the camera. 

I did find this page but I have not used any of the softwares recommended there, but they have lots of options for easily disabling webcams.

Hmm... I have been trying to find a solution for months, too.

It turns out AMD put the toggler in a super stupid hidden place.

It's under "Streaming". You can toggle it off there or press "ctrl+shift+c". See the green box. Yes, only this NV green can express my anger.
