Ive been using my PC without the Adrenalin software for awhile because of this issue but I tried again with no improvement. I have a RX590 with the latest diver installed. Whenever I alt+tab from a game both my monitors flicker very violently with all rainbow colours. It gets worse the more I move my mouse. The issue didn't occur before today when I installed the driver.
