High VRAM clock usage with dual-monitor 144Hz/165Hz

Hi,

SPEC:
GPU: RX 6950XT
CPU: Intel i7 12700K
RAM: 2x16GB DDR4 3000MHz CL16
MOBO: GIGABYTE Z690 Gaming X DDR4
PSU: Fractal Design Ion 2+ 860W Platinum
OS: Windows 11

I have two monitors, an Acer KG241Q 144Hz and an LG UltraGear 27gp850p 165Hz, connected to an RX 6950XT. The problem is that if I set the screen refresh rate to 144(1)/165Hz(2), the VRAM memory clock is always at 2234MHz. What can I do about this?

I have used CRU, created custom resolutions with the "CVT - Reduce Blinking" option, and nothing has helped. I would like AMD to take care of this as soon as possible.

I also have a similar problem.
GPU: AMD 6700 xt.
OS: win 10
I have 2 monitors:

23.8" BenQ GW2480 - 60 Hz, and 27" Huawei MateView GT 27 has 165 Hz. The two are connected via the display port. When they work simultaneously, my video memory runs at the maximum frequency of 1988 MHz. When you turn off the BenQ GW2480, the video memory drops to the minimum values.
Or I also did a test when 2 monitors work together and lowered the frequency on Huawei MateView GT 27 to 144 Hz, then the video memory frequency also drops to normal (minimum) values.

"CVT - Reduce Blinking" - I also tried this function, but the monitor does not start then, it says that "the display port signal is lost". Previously, on 23.9.2, I could not add a value for CVT - Reduce Blinking, because there was an error (too high a value) on the pixelation frequency (699500), now on 23.10.2 there is no error, but still the monitor cannot start.

I solved my problem.
It was that when I added a custom resolution of 165 Hz (CVT-RB), the "Pixelization frequency G (kHz)" was too high (too high for the monitor or the video card, I don't know). (By standard, the monitor had 640000, and CVT-RB set it to 695000, so the monitor did not start at these parameters). I put CVT-RB where the "timing standard" is, and then it set the values for all the parameters, and then I returned the value for the "Total Timing" parameter to 2640 (CVT-RB set 2720). I saved the settings, and the monitor started up with 165 Hz, the memory frequency is at the minimum.11.png

I have this same parameter sets like you but Adrenalin is giving me an error in G.Pixel Clock 699500 kHz. Dunno why : (
