Previous AMD driver install - Error 182
Automatic Tool - when booting PC, after I use this tool to download latest drivers, nothing shows up after the MSI logo, only a blue screen (with no text) flashes back and forth (chances place with black screen over and over)
What do I do? I really don't want this to be a hardware problem as I almost have a fear of opening up the computer and physically interacting with the individual components. I also don't want these stock windows drivers.

I followed the clean install link you gave me yet it gave me error 182 - could not identify hardware .
All I can think of is if you have a monitor connected to mobo graphics, unplug it, then try install.
I sincerely apologise for not understanding but do you mean I unplug the monitor? Also, thank you very much for your help so far!
Yep, if you have one of the monitors connected to a mobo port.
Might be better to try install with only just one monitor(connected to graphics card).
