I have an HP Gaming pc using AMD Ryzen 5000 Series and recently updated the graphics card to where it causes my pc issues on start-up and unable to run programs correctly until after 2-3 hard restarts. I used a last resort factory reset and the problem continues to persist. I just tried to open the AMD Software to check on anything and I get the message of "Windows Update replaced your AMD Graphics Driver and the Software is not compatible with your current driver" which I then followed the site and downloaded the compatibility tool app but it then says "There no AMD Software application installed." I have NO CLUE whats going on with my pc and graphics driver anymore and it's getting annoying. I hopefully can find and get some answers before taking my pc to a professional. (P.S I've tried all the online recommendation of fixing slow pc start-up and haven't been successful.)
