Failed installing Chipset at 95%
I tried installing 'Radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-21.10.3-minimalsetup-211025_web' but the process was canceled at 95%, giving a message "Failed to install chipset" and also said something about restarting my pc to continue installing. After restart, nothing happened and I get this (the picture) when trying to reinstall. Any help?? Thanks in advance

Here is AMD explanation for Error 1603: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-kb1603
First try using Microsoft Install/Uninstaller to uninstall and install the AMD CHIPSET drivers. The App will delete any registry entries and leftover files.
See if the CHIPSET install successfully. IF not then try the solutions from the above link from AMD Support.

Hello,
Usually the culprit is not installing Windows Updates which there are dependencies which do not get stated, but users get that message instead.
<humor> As if it was that hard to display an initial message of, "Please update Windows to (version 21H1)!" for example. </humor>

Try a manual download and save the full chipset driver pkg, then install from that.
But if you have an unsupported processor it will fail.
