i try for several days to find a solution to my issue.
I have laptop (Acer Aspire E1-572G) with vga Radeon HD 8750M.
i had windows 7 on the computer and i formatted it and did installation of windows 10.
after the installation i started windows update and after several minutes the computer became freeze, after hard reset the operation system crashed and i needed to format the pc again the install the operation system.
i found several articles that explain that the issue is with the VGA Driver and necessary to disable ULPS.

i downloaded the last driver from the bellow link:
https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/amd-radeon-hd-8000m-series/amd-radeon-hd-8750m...
and i changed the relevant rows from 1 to 0 to the inf files (U0366969.inf and U0367126.inf) but the installation of the driver failed.
i dont know how to continue and how to fix the issue
