I recently had a blue screen with the error code 0xc000000e an decided to just format all my hard drives and re-download windows. Now every time i try and download any of the AMD drivers including the AMD cleanup driver my pc crashes. Anybody have any solutions?

Most likely a hardware issue.

First thing to do is check all connections:

1. Re-seat the RAM modules

2. Re-seat the Graphics card

3. Disconnect and re-connect all cables on motherbard, GPU and HDDs
