Check those logs to see if all components are installing.
I'd also suggest just running the chipset driver install package again. I've run into that kind of failure several times. It's always successfully installed on a second run.
Not this time around.
Tried it multiple times with and without administrator rights.
This one appears to be a no-go.
Most of the previous failed chipsets simply took a re-run of the installer after restarting the computer.
