Driver 18.12.x has bug for chrome+flash, while 18.9.3 is OK

My video card is R9 370(4G). The chrome explorer sometimes display chaos, and if use adobe flash to play some video, there is freeze for some time before the video begin. Both 18.12.2 and 18.e this problem. But 18.9.3 is OK. Please fix this bug. Thanks!

Solution is: run the driver that works....;)  Generally, bug fixes are an important part of each new driver release.  And there are always many more of them fixed than are listed in the "fixed" release notes, too.
