I just reseted my pc because it was slow, im tring to install adrenaline and this is happening, it never happened before, so im kinda lost. Im from argentina so its in spanish, if you need to translate just ask

im using windows 10 x64

The procedure entry point D3D12SerializeVersionedRootSignature cannot be found in the Dynamic Link library

that must be a missing or corrupted .dll?  i suppose resetting did that.

did you try to check for windows updates, see if it downloads something?

or go download the full driver from https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html for your gpu?

or try DDU first to uninstall the graphic drivers and then install again the graphic drivers, maybe the full version?

i think this should be easy to fix
