No image on the secong monitor

Hello, I am using an AMD RX6600 and AMD Ryzen 5 5600. Recently, I purchased a second monitor (the first monitor, a DELL s2719DGF, is connected via HDMI 2.0) and quickly connected it. Unfortunately, the second monitor is an older model (DELL p2213) and does not have an HDMI port, so I connected it via DisplayPort (the cable is fully functional). My operating system (Windows 11 Pro) recognizes the second monitor and attempts to output an image to it (the image is displayed on the main monitor), but unfortunately, nothing happens except for a message on the second monitor saying "Entering power-saving mode," which blinks every 2-3 seconds. All settings are configured to extend the displays.

From my observations, it seems that the image is indeed being sent, but there is another issue causing the problem. I suspect it might be related to the drivers. I regularly update my drivers, and I have also tried rolling back to older versions of the graphics card drivers, but nothing has helped, and the image still does not appear.

I’ve also watched many videos in different languages, but nothing has worked (the monitor is fully functional and works on another computer also running Windows 11). I would like to receive help from specialists, as I would really like to use this monitor.
