Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with my AMD Ryzen 3500U with Vega 8 laptop (Lenovo s340-14API). When I try to install the Adrenaline software, I get the following error: "This app can’t run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher." (see image attached).

I've tried different versions of the Adrenaline software, but the issue persists. Does anyone have experience with this problem or know a workaround? Is it possible the Ryzen 3500U isn't compatible with certain Adrenaline software versions, or is there a known fix I might be missing?

Any help would be appreciated!

The current driver for your product is 24.3.1.

What is your windows build version?

It is recommended that laptop users get software and drivers from the manufacturer website, in this case Lenovo.

You can download the universal driver direct from AMD, however some features like screen brightness control may not work.
