Description of Original Problem: problems all started when i decided to look into a replacement for DriverEasy since it became p2p.. the first one I tried immediately caused me to have BSOD. especially trying to run Diablo 4. I then began to see various BSOD errors interspersed with Radeon - Bad Image errors. PC started running really slowly and getting hung up on routine tasks.
Troubleshooting: I've tried everything that I can think of to try! I've run every diagnostic and repair utility (sfc, chkdsk, memory diagnostic and startup repair) after initially restoring the pc thru Windows Update to no avail. I then bit the bullet and did a complete reset, with a new installation of Windows. I've used the AMD Driver Cleanup Utility, as well as the DDU to attempt to fix the issue while booted in safe mode. but no matter what I try, i can't get the pc to successfully run Diablo 4. It always gets hung up at the login screen before throwing an error and crashing. I used WhoCrashed to look at the crash dumps:

problem solved guys. I ended up formatting the partition and using clean install of windows and it seems to be back to normal. thank you for the assistance
First can you edit your original reply and remove all the extra spaces in your first message. It is a little bit difficult to read when you constantly need to be scrolling after each sentence.
Okay you have a AZW SER 1.0 Mini-PC with a AMD Mobile Processor installed.
Who is the Manufacturer of the Mini-PC? BeeLink?
Did go to Beelink Support driver download page for the 5500u and find a newer BIOS version ending in 510 if Beelink is the manufacturer of your Mini-PC.
IF Beelink I would open a Support Ticket with them and see if it is a hardware issue or software issue or you need to RMA your Mini-PC under warranty to be checked.
Did you add or upgrade any of the hardware inside your PC by any chance?
I highly suggest you don't use 3rd Driver updating apps like Driver Easy. Many times they install incompatible drivers in your PC . Best to use the manufacturer's own updating apps for their own hardware.
I would first download, Update and install all of your Support driver & BIOS download page for your Mini-PC Manufacturer's download page.
At least those driver you will know will be compatible with your Mini-PC and AMD IGPU.
Try that first and report back any BSOD error codes.
NOTE: Good googling of all your BSOD Error codes and general error codes.
The 5500U IGP does not meet the GPU minimum requirement for Diablo IV.
