Please give your PC Information especially your AMD GPU Make & Model.
But to answer you question you have a few ways to restore your AMD software:
1- Use Windows Restore Point to enable a restore point to your PC before you deleted the AMD Driver.
2- Restore your PC from a System Backup file
3-Download the AMD driver and install it. Download it from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support
