Hello

In our company we have 60 units Lenovo ThinkPad E495 laptops which came with AMD Radeon Vega 8 GPU.

Now for about a two months randomly on all laptops OS stared disabling AMD GPU.

Event viewer says nothing about that.

That we tried to do:

1. Removed and Reinstalled drivers using DDU from AMD website, with Lenovo system update (manufacturer website);

2. Updated OS to the latest BUILD, completely updated drivers and BIOS;

3. Tried to use different monitor, docking station models;

4. Removed AMD adrenalin software;

5. On this laptops we do not installed any specific programs;

6. Disabled drivers update from OS update;

How we can troubleshoot why this happening?

Did you find a solution? We are starting to see the same issue on our lenovo laptops as well. We can re-enable the device, reboot and it works for a few days. Tried everything you tried above.
