Laptop graphics update...How to

For laptops with Intel/AMD graphics:

2. The Intel graphics drivers should be the latest offered by Intel Support.

Use their 'Driver Download Tool' to get the latest version. These must be installed before the AMD drivers.

All 'critical', 'recommended', and 'optional' (no language packs,etc) updates as well as any Service Packs (SP) must be installed before any attempt to install graphics drivers. If you do not get this message .... keep installing until you do:

The Intel graphics drivers should be the latest offered by Intel Support

Windows 8.1  fully updated and it original version from Microsoft site with last updates ( windows is up to date )

 in device manger Display Devices is installed both Intel last Version then restart and install  AMD last Version.

After add games to  AMD Catalyst Control Center with high performance power still detecting Internal Intel , so use dxcpl  tool to force game detecting AMD show as below:

NB:A friend have same my laptop and OS and games detecting  AMD after add to AMD Catalyst Control as below :

Not have any yellow marks, all devices is up to date 

both Intel  and AMD (the best driver software is already installed)

My problem is AMD Catalyst Control Center can't do  effect on games when change settings .

It's a long shot...but do you have the computer power plan set to 'Performance' ?

Well I'm out of ideas. The drivers have installed ok...Did you install the 16.2.1 driver?

install 15.7.1 now , before  install 16.2.1  but nothing change .

you mean that i should install both them together ?

No...you only install one. I just wanted to know if you installed the latest.

Does this happen with all games/applications?

I try many games low,  medium and high it happen with all, i use my laptop since 4 years and play it games with  AMD Catalyst Control Center  do effect on games when change settings with windows 7 ,8.1,10

but since 3 months games stop games detecting  AMD only intel , change many windows version again  but noating change
