Hello i have a problem with the graphics card i ran Hwm and i found out where are the stutters are coming from. The problem is that the GPU core is at 1411and the memory 2000 all the time i tried some of your advices like the power setting or the costume fan curve but it didnt helped ... it wont stop when these stutters happen sometimes it turns a black screen and closes my game. idk what to do pls help
