MB: ASUS X670E-A
System: Windows 10 22H2
Problem1: When I install chipset driver, it will limit core vid not over 1.25v, that's not normal. I've already set power to best perfermance.
If I uninstall it, it will become normal.
Problem2: If I use windows 11 22h2, core vid will cap to 1.3v and never boost to 1.35v or higher, that will be very different to win10. I install chipset driver and set power plan to high perfermance is the same.
