All games launched from multiple launchers {steam, EA, Epic etc} are capped at 60 FPS from usual 120-144 FPS after upgrading to driver 21.5.1. Reverted driver back no change. Deleted all AMD files / drivers no change. Ensured Windows, Monitor,Games, and AMD Radeon SW were set at 144HZ. Dozens of restarts, tried different display ports on monitor and GPU. Stress test works fine so card is operable. Tried deleting xbox game bar app as it was listed as a possible issue bot cannot delete option is greyed out in app and windows installer {part of windows} Out of ideas. HELP
