EDIT: All I needed to do was download/use the Auto-Detect and Install program from AMD's driver support section for my specific graphics card, which then fresh installed Adrenaline Edition, thus fixing my issue
A new update for my graphics drivers were available, and I tried to install them, however, the update failed, and this is a common issue with any program on my pc for some bizarre reason on occasion. Whenever this happens, I simply restart my pc, as that usually fixes the issue. However, this time it caused another issue? Where suddenly Adrenaline isn't compatible with whatever drivers I may have?

Additionally, the AMD Software detection tool doesn't detect any software application installed?

Are my drivers just corrupted and do I need to reinstall them or is something else going on?
To note; I'm running the latest release of Windows 11
