After following the buzzing/sizzling noise problem in this forum for a while, I would like to know that who still facing this problem? After I install the brandnew Adrenalin 19.12.2 driver version the problem is still the same (When I clicking/draging/cursoring on chrome, microsoft office, and etc. while the GPU workload is on 0%, I usually heard buzzing/sizzling noise all the time which is really annoying to me). Eventually, I decided to downgrade to 19.9.2 driver version again and it was gone.

Ryzen 5 3700x
16 Gb 3200 Mhz Ram
Rx 5700 xt
