Carte Graphique

Need more information like what type of error messages you are getting?

What have you done to fix the problems?

PC Information - Make & Model of Motherboards, GPUs, CPUs, RAM, and Windows and AMD Driver versions installed in each computer.

Thank you for your reply. I don't get any error message, it's just in the Adrenalin software. I customize my graphics card fans and when the computer starts Adrenalin resumes these default values. Microsoft already had this problem with its update KB5030310, which they've already fixed, but with the latest update KB5035853 the problem seems to be back.

I have two computers, one equipped with an RX 6600 XT and the other with an RX 7600. Yesterday evening I updated to KB5035853 and the problem with the default settings on my two graphics cards came back. Since this morning, when I start up my computers, I have to reset the custom settings on both my graphics cards.

Was that Windows Update done on both computers?

If so, temporary, uninstall KB5035853 either on one PC or both and see if the problem still occurs or not.

You can use MS Hide/Unhide Tool to hide that one Windows Update: Microsoft Hide/Unhide App from Major Geeks

If that doesn't work then un-hide the Windows Update or install it again.

Maybe the latest AMD driver is causing the issue so first install the latest and then try installing a previous AMD driver to see if it fixes your problem:

RX6600XT:

Latest AMD Driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-6000-series/amd-radeon-6600-series/amd-radeon-rx-...

Previous AMD Driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/graphics/amd-radeon-6000-series/amd-radeon-6600-seri...

RX7600:

Latest AMD Driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-rx-7000-series/amd-radeon-rx-7600-series/amd-rade...

Previous AMD drivers: https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/graphics/amd-radeon-rx-7000-series/amd-radeon-rx-760...

Removing the last Windows Update and installing the latest and previous AMD Drivers will eliminate Windows update and AMD drivers from causing your problems.

You can also try to restore your PC, at least one of them, back to the time before you had those problems and see if that fixes it. That way you will know what changes you did before and after the problem occurred.

Once you find out what is causing the problem you can install everything back to the way it was before.

You can also open a AMD SUPPORT TICKET and see what they say after doing the above and the problem still persists: https://www.amd.com/en/forms/contact-us/support.html

Note: You don't have any other GPUs installed like a Intel IGPU or Nvidia GPU cards correct? None of your Processor have IGPU and if so Make & Model of each of your PC's processors.
