asus tuf 6700xt black screen under low load, go crazy after starting cpuz.exe>tool>timer(acpi/qpc/rtc), is it related to voltage or timer?

I found that this happens when VDDCR_GFX changes from 0.800V to 0.006V , Can anyone know the root cause ？

driver 23.7.1, I disabled pss_support/c-state/df_cstate on bios , freesync ON , it hasn't happened yet . I used to use CPU z timer to repeat

Fixed mine by going to windows display settings and changing the refresh rate to the correct one for my monitor. Windows default was at 60fps once I changed it to 144 it started working like a charm

I had the same problem and no software options could fix that, i had to return under warranty my GPU as it was damaged beyond repair
