Almost every box retailer , BestBuy,Staples,OfficeDepot,Target features more than 80% of products from major brand computer makers as being Intel with as little as 20 or even 10% of AMD chipsets being featured. Even sales staff push the intel products over the AMD products. Its almost as if a deliberate attempt by box retailers is to undermine the sales of AMD products. While it could be said that benchmark numbers of Intel chips might be higher no one ever says anything about the ability of AMD being able to do exactly what Intel does for a much lower price point, I mean the same exact performance from comparative chips on the intel side !!
