Has anyone experienced this kind of.. particles or something, flashing on the screen constantly? It happens with every game. New PC build, was working great for a couple weeks right up until now in the middle of a game and now wont go away and happens with every game. Ruled out its the not my 1440p monitor, used an old 1080p. Still same. Even tried lowering resolutions, Fullscreen/windowed. Re-seated the GPU. Still happening.
