How long does it usually take to hear back from a warranty service request?
I've been trying for two months to submit a warranty request for my processor and have heard nothing back.
First, I received server errors saying that my emails were not delivered, so I tried again. I have also tried submitting an e-ticket to find out if my warranty request was submitted successfully and have heard nothing back from that either.
Eventually, the warranty submission page worked (at least I think it did.. I didn't receive the error email, anyway), but it's been weeks and I haven't heard anything.
At this point, I don't know if my request has gone through or if it's disappeared and I should try again.
Do you have a ticket number for your submission ? If so, can you provide it and I can check.
If not, please DM me the email address you used and I can look for it that way.
Every time I tried, I got an email with the subject "AMD Service Notice: New Request Received", but none of them ever included a ticket number.
