Hi! I am posting this here in the hopes that the relevant competent party sees it and does something about it.
I've been trying to change the e-mail address associated with my account for three months now with no success. Basically, I introduce the new address twice in the two fields allotted and after hitting the 'Save' button I get the 'Success! Your email settings have been changed.' confirmation message. However upon scrolling down the page the old address remains unchanged and no confirmation message is ever being received at the new e-mail address.
I've even contacted a community manager here but have received no reply in two months.
I have to say that this doesn't inspire confidence.
