All the games on my pc started to stutter all of a sudden. my specs: 5600x, rx6600, msi tomahawk max 2. driver 23.4.3. latest windows 11
i left my pc for 1 week than, when i came back and launched csgo i noticed stuttering multiple times every second. Fps and var are the same, there are no extra processes in task manager and pc temps are fine. there are also no errors in event viewer
i tried checking csgo game files, restoring pc to 1 week ago (since there was an automatic windows update), installing new drivers, reseting bios, changing csgo settings and deleting drivers from a new wireless razer mouse i got. noting helped.
i really don't want to reset my pc and to reinstall windows and it also feels like i already tried everything. so, if you have anything that you could suggest my in my situation i would be really grateful.
