Hi, i am getting this performance issue on a brand new pc i just built. My specs are more than capable of handling GTA V even with graphics mod. In this case i use NVE, but i did try without graphics mod and the result is still the same.
When it's close to night and morning i lose about 50-70 FPS when looking at city lights. What is wrong with this ? Anyone has this problem? CPU and GPU usage is low as well...
