Watching AMD powerlink, I'm noticing jumps often. Big jumps. 20% utilization to 80% and in between. Causing fps spikes terrible gameplay. On 1080p I've changed settings from very high to low. Very minimal changes. Everything seems to be updated current. Can't update anything manually. Only game I'm running is Star Citizen currently. Any help or directions I will gladly take. Also everything is within 6-8 months old.
