Ryzen 5 3550h Stuttering / AMD fTPM Agesa 1.0.0.3

Hi,

I have stuttering problems with my ryzen 5 3550h laptop. Is there AMD fTPM issue on this processor and agesa version or is it only on desktop pc's?
