Need help - AMD Ryzen 9 - 6800XT - 64Gb RAM - Small freezes on some games

Hi guys,

Here is my problem (sorry for my unperfect english).

I have a Ryzen 9 3900XT, 64Gb RAM, ASUS TUF Gaming, Windows 10 64bits and previously a nVidia RTX2070. I just bought a new 6800XT.
I play for example two games : Escape from Tarkov and PUBG. The games runs very well, min 100-120FPS everytime, except when I open my inventory in PUBG or I shot multiple times in EFT. During some second, I have something like 1-2 FPS then come back to > 100 FPS.
So the problem doesn't come from a specific game but from something else.

I tried a lot of things to find the solution :
> I used the DDU software to properly removes everything in link with old nVidia drivers the reinstall properly last AMD drivers
> I checked in the registry everything lasting with word nVidia, and remove every directory on my hard disk in link with that
> I checked the Windows services running
> I used CCleaner to check registry errors
> I checked the Windows power configuration (set to high performance)
> I deactivated the XBox bar (audio, graphics, ...)
> I checked again and again all options under AMD Adrenalin tool, nothing specific is activated (I test ON/OFF for most of them)

But the problem remains, I'm pretty sure that it's not a hardware problem, I think everything is good.
Honestly, I don't know exactly what to do more for now.
I didn't have this problem at all with my previous nVidia graphic card.

Does anyone of you got an idea ?
