Ryzen 2700x broken pin

Hello I am very dissapointed with ryzen 2700x after the upgrade to 3900x one pin broke.i send to the compnay i buy and no warranty

6pins broken and 17 pins warped

after good work of a friend working perfect

yes but broken pins are not covered by warranty.

i do my fault 4-5 warped and i know no warranty.i  send the Ryzen2700x to the shop i buy with warranty in Greece that comes back with 17-19 pins warped and 6 pins broken without warranty lol and i find one friend who to the best job and the ryzen 2700x working perfect . i never buy something from this shop
